In Brittany in the department Morbihan (56), Bettina Rombout, original from Holland, found her place to live in Quistinic, where she works and paints. Her father and grandfather were also painters. When she started working, she stopped painting. But the life on the countryside of Brittany (9 years) gave her back her inspiration to paint.
Bettina, autodidact, followed a painting course at Isabel Barradon in Brittany. She works with acrylic and oil paint.
Her paintings show bright colours, like blue, red and yellow. She uses her own imagination, and loves works of Picasso, Miro and Matisse. Also she is inspired by her surrounding/nature, her feelings and meeting other people.
